Items purchased from The Mouse Pad may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in original condition (including original packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC codes), with original receipt or invoice, subject to the exceptions listed below. No refunds will be given on opened software; opened software that is defective may only be exchanged for an identical product. Laptop computers and other portable devices may be returned subject to an open box fee of 15% of the purchase price. Any item returned incomplete, including items missing packaging materials, manuals or accessories will be assessed a charge based on the missing materials, including cost of replacement and handling. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was received. Refunds on items purchased with personal check for under $100 will be made by store check within 14 days after the return; refunds on items purchased with personal check for over $100 will be made by store check within 14 days after the personal check has cleared the bank The Mouse Pad reserves the right to limit the number of returns permitted.
